If you enjoy hands-on tasks, working in a team and have a mechanical aptitude, we have a career program made for you. There is a high demand for trade workers, so those with the right skills can earn an income to help you live the Colorado lifestyle that many of our team members love and enjoy a successful career.
Apprenticeships consist of daily on-the-job training by a contractor or employer supplemented with classroom and lab lessons once per week at night in a chosen skilled trade. Apprentices earn while they learn alongside a group of like-minded people who are building a long-term career in these areas:
- Sheet Metal Program

What is the Cost to Me?
$0 – You pay nothing out-of-pocket for your internship training. The only requirement is that you hold a position with us, attend classes/training and turn in required paperwork.

What tools do I need on my first day on the job?
You will need the following tools to be successful on your first day:
- Hammer
- 25 ft. measuring tape
- Utility knife
- 9″ torpedo level
- Set of screw drivers (flat head and philips head)
- Flashlight
- Tool Pouch
- Tin Snips

Entry-Level Service Technician
MTech has created an in-house service technician training program. This is a 4-year program done concurrently with working together with a journeyman technician to learn hands-on training every day on-site. See the video below to learn more!
