MTech Mechanical Announces New Management Promotions and VP Addition

As part of MTech Mechanical’s commitment to leadership transition and development, several key team members have recently been promoted to management positions. The Vice President, Service role also has been filled with a new addition to the team.

TOM BOLDA
Senior Preconstruction Manager

Tom has been with MTech since 2011, most recently as a Preconstruction Manager. In his new role, he will oversee and manage the preconstruction team to achieve the sales needs for the Construction Department. Tom looks forward to building upon company values and to continue to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally to MTech. Tom supports that intelligent growth will allow the department to continue to offer the most technical and industry-leading preconstruction services to clients..

GEORGE GARCIA
Mountain Field Operations Manager

George has been with MTech since 2005, most recently as a Pipefitting General Superintendent. He is looking forward to attracting and developing the Mountain Department’s internal field talent and to reduce the reliance on subcontracted labor. George is excited for others to expand into new opportunities and continue to mentor the team into the future. In the future he wants to strengthen bonds with the Denver-based team and believes this is the beginning of the next chapter of MTech!

TYLER LOBB
Senior Preconstruction Manager

Tyler has been with MTech since 2010, most recently as a Preconstruction Manager. In his new role, he will oversee and manage the preconstruction team to achieve the sales needs for the Construction Department. Tyler is most excited about continuing to elevate the preconstruction team and finding new strategies to secure future projects. He is also looking forward to continuing to enhance the great market reputation of the construction group, with a focus on larger, more complex and higher profile projects.

JARED QUILLEN
Construction Manager

Jared has been with MTech since 2013, most recently as a Project Manager. In his new role he will oversee projects assigned to the Construction Department. He will provide leadership to project managers and construction teams to achieve client satisfaction. Jared is looking forward to supporting the large construction project managers, project engineers and field forces on larger and more complex projects. He believes that future intelligent growth will provide great opportunities to all team members

MATT REILLY
Construction Manager

Matt has been with MTech since 2012, most recently as a Project Manager. In his new role he will oversee projects assigned to the Construction Department. He will provide leadership to project managers and construction teams to achieve client satisfaction. Matt is most excited about new challenges that come with being a leader and believes that MTech is in a great position for continued, long-term success.

MATT ROGERS
Operations Manager

Matt has been with MTech since 2008, most recently as a Project Manager. In his new role, Matt will manage the internal operations of the field, prefabrication shops, purchasing, and virtual construction teams. He will collaborate with project and field managers to achieve consistent processes and delivery to clients. Matt is most excited about being further involved with  enhancing processes, products and offerings for both internal and external clients. He believes that the quality of work and relationships built in the industry truly allows MTech to get asked back!

STEVE DONNELLY
VP Service

Steve has decades of industrial and commercial experience with industrial process, HVAC and plumbing, service and construction projects for both the industrial and commercial sectors. His working relationships with many MTech personnel extends back to the mid 90’s. Steve’s focus will be to guide the MTech Service team toward continued growth and long-lasting collaboration and teamwork.
